To replace the front turn signal light on models built before 10/2004, remove the headlight housing, disconnect the bulb electrical connectors, and reinstall the housing in reverse order. For models built after 10/2004, first remove the fasteners from the front section of the inner fender liner and pull the liner back, then twist the bulb holder counterclockwise to remove it from the headlight housing, replace the bulb, and reinstall in reverse order. For the front parking light, remove any interfering engine compartment covers for access, open the plastic cover for the high-beam bulb, pull the parking light bulb holder out, and replace the bulb. For side-marker lights, push the back of the marker light housing forward to lift it out, twist the bulb holder counterclockwise to remove it, replace the bulb, and reinstall the housing ensuring the hook end goes in first. For tail/stop/turn/back-up lights, open the trunk or liftgate, remove the housing fastener, swing the light housing outward, disconnect the electrical connectors, unlock the bulb assembly, twist the bulbs counterclockwise for replacement, and reinstall in reverse order. The tail/rear fog lights are located on the trunk lid; open the trunk, pry the door cover open, unlock the bulb assembly, pull the housing out, disconnect the electrical connectors, and twist the bulb counterclockwise for removal. For high-mount brake lights, remove the inner trim panel from the rear shelf or hatch, disconnect the electrical connector, and rotate the assembly back to guide it through the access hole, noting that the high-mount brake light must be replaced as a unit. For the license plate light bulb, remove the mounting screw, tilt and pull out the light housing, remove the bulb, and reinstall in reverse order. Interior lights include instrument cluster lights, which are not user-replaceable; front dome lights, where the lens is pried off to access the bulbs; front reading lights, where the cover trim is removed to access the bulbs; vanity lights, which are pried out of the headliner; glovebox light, which is removed by prying it out; rear reading lights, where the assembly is pried out and the bulb is twisted out; and luggage compartment lights, which are pried from their location and have the bulb removed. Installation for all lights is the reverse of removal.
