The first step would be to remove the horn bar at the steering wheel because the retention screws are rather tough and it is not an easy task. Then unscrew the horn wiring and pull off the bar. Make sure that the front wheel is straight-ahead and the turn signal lever is in the neutral position. Mark the steering wheel and internal column against each other, and unscrew and take out the retaining nut and washer. Remove steering wheel splines of inner column and in case it fits, rock sideways to ease it. To refit, the same procedure is used, but turn the retaining nut should be tightened to the required torque level that the turn signal lever should be in a neutral position before damaging the switch arm.
