How to properly remove and reinstall a cylinder head on 1989 Audi 80?

Unscrew the negative battery connection and empty the cooling system. Take out the manifolds, HT leads and spark plugs. Removal of the camshaft, tappets and alternator. Unscrew earth cable and hose unscrew. Take the head out of the cylinder, clean up, install a new gasket and put everything back together.
