Detach the fuel injector harness connector and connect a multimeter for the resistance measurement across the two terminals of the fuel injector. If you don't get the specified value, then replace the fuel injector. By connecting an LED voltage tester between the fuel injector harness connector lead #1 and ground, and then operating the starter for a brief moment (the engine can also start), test for voltage supply at the fuel injector; the LED of the voltage tester must blink. If the LED is not lit, check the wiring for any open or short using the wiring diagrams. Subsequently, check for activation of the injector by refitting the fuel injector harness connector and sliding back the rubber connector cover. Connect an LED voltage tester between the two terminals in the fuel injector harness connector. Then, briefly operate the starter and confirm the LED of the voltage tester blinks. Note that LED voltage testers do not go out completely between activations by the ECM. However, LED voltage testers do continue to glow and become slightly brighter during activation. If the LED doesn't illuminate, check the wiring diagrams for open or short circuits.
