How to remove and reinstall the throttle body on Audi A4?

Unplug the cable on the negative battery post followed by taking off the engine cover. Unscrew the clamp and unfit the air intake duct with throttle body, and then remove the electrical connector with throttle body. Loosen the mounting screws of throttle body and carefully remove throttle body off intake manifold. Examine throttle body gasket, should it be flattened, hardened, or cracked, change it, otherwise it may be re-used. Use a clean shop towel to cover the intake manifold opening to avoid any object that could get in. Installation is the opposite of removal where the throttle body fasteners are tightened to the required torque.
