Unscrew the wheel bolts, lift the vehicle up, and place it on jackstands then take the wheels off. Unscrew the end of the tie-rod and take off the rack and pinion boot clamps. Fit a new clamp on the inner boot, so that it fits in. Tighten the two clamps, reconnect the tie-rod end and inspect the alignment of the front end.
