How to disconnect and remove the radiator on 1992 Audi 80?

Unscrew the negative lead on the battery and drain the cooling system. Disassemble radiator by removing hoses, unscrewing of brackets and disconnecting wiring. On 5-cylinder engines, remove upper cowl and extra hoses, too. Clean the radiator and test in case of leakage. Refitting is the opposite of removing, and makes sure that the cooling system is filled correctly.
