How to remove and refit the exhaust manifold on 1992 Audi 80?

Take out the inlet shroud and the exhaust shroud, disconnect the warm air hose. Unscrew the exhaust downpipe and take off the gasket, and disconnect the lambda probe wiring, as necessary. Take out the exhaust manifold of the cylinder head with all the gaskets. To refit, reverse the process and put in new gaskets.
