How to remove and refit a front window motor and window switch on 1992 Audi 100?

In order to change the window winder motor, open the window and remove the inner trim panel. The glass should be taped so that it is not falling. Unscrew the wires, loosen the screws and take out the motor. To refit, position and fix the motor, reconnect the wiring and verify the functioning of the window then reposition the trim panel.
