When the engine is completely cold, undo the cap of the coolant expansion tank, then undo the upper and lower engine sound insulation panels and the left and right side lower sound insulation panels. Remove the lower coolant hose from the radiator and drain the coolant. Remove the acoustic insulation panel above the coolant reservoir. Subsequently, Rotate and detach the acoustic insulation panels located at the front right and left sections of the engine compartment. Take out the top securing bolts for the radiator cowl, disconnect the hose for the secondary air and remove the mounting bolts and cross piece. Take off the ribbed belt; in cases of reuse, mark its sense of rotation. Remove the power steering pump pulley, counterholding it with a mandrel. Remove the mounting bolts and take the power steering pump off the bracket. Use some safety wire to allow the power steering pump to hang from the vehicle with the hydraulic hoses still attached. Remove the electrical connector from the secondary air injection pump motor and push the wiring harness out of the way. Detach the bolt securing the coolant hose bracket and the bolt fixed to the secondary air pump air filter and subsequently remove the secondary air pump and mounting bracket. Remove the lower securing bolts of the radiator fan cowl before removal and disconnect the harness connectors for the coolant fans at the bottom of the radiator cowl. While on the engine's front left side, disconnect the harness connector at the coolant fan control thermal switch. Unbolt the refrigerant line from the radiator. Ensure the A/C refrigerant circuit remains closed so it is not damaged. Detach the upper coolant hose from the radiator and front bumper cover, then unbolt the four condenser mounting bolts, without disconnecting the refrigerant lines. Take out the four fastening bolts of the radiator, the coolant fan control module from the left longitudinal member, the front mounting bolts of the lock carrier, loosening the upper bolts of the lock carrier two turns. With great care lower the radiator between the engine and condenser and remove it from the bottom - installation is the reverse of removal, and take care to install the brackets on the radiator; note that the mounting bolts are to specifications.
