How to remove the door panel to access the Interior Door Handle on Audi TT Quattro?

Remove the door panel by detaching insulation and removing three screws, keeping the second screw in place unless the grab handle and power window switches are being removed. Pull out the retainer in the direction of the arrow and press out the bottom of the door handle. Installation is the reverse of removal.
