Pull the cover downwards to take it off, when installing, place the tab underneath the floorcovering if necessary. Disconnect the seat belt anchorage from the floor, and when mounting, tighten the bolt to 55 Nm (41 ft-lb). Detach the trim on the back. Take off the mounting nuts and bolts and B-pillar brace and tighten to 40 Nm (30 ft-lb). After removing the mounting bolts and the belt guide, the washer should be installed and the mounting bolts tightened to 55 Nm (41 ft-lb). Unplug the harness connector from the belt tensioner, take out the mounting bolt and belt tensioner. When putting back, locate the mounting tab, and tighten the mounting bolt (55 Nm (41 ft-lb)). Detach the seatbelt from the vehicle, making sure to reinstall in the reverse order. After installation, check the belt function.
