The automatic transmission has the final drive oil filler/level plug on the left-hand side of it, behind the inner joint of the left-hand driveshaft. First put on the handbrake and then lift the front of the vehicle on axle stands. Take off the engine undershield and make the vehicle level so that there is accurate check-up. The filler/level plug should be unscrewed and removed to ensure that the oil level is at the bottom lip of the filler hole, and that it is at the required level, by adding the required amount of oil using the filler/level hole. Should the level be in need of constant topping up, check on leakages and fix them. Lastly, re-install the plug, screw it then screw it to the required torque and drop the vehicle to the ground.
