How to remove and refit the intake manifold on the front on 2015 Audi A3?

In the case of SOHC, the engine top cover, EGR valve and flap motor (when applicable) should be removed. Disassemble heat shield, unscrew bolts and remove intake manifold, discarding gasket. Install new gaskets and O-rings, and tighten the bolts to the recommended torque. In case of DOHC engines, proceed as above, except that the valve is vacuum operated with engine code BMN.
