How to properly discharge and replace the A/C accumulator on 2006 Audi A4?

Turn the air conditioning off and lay the car on its back. Eliminate the intercooler on the right side in the 2.0L. Cap and disconnect refrigerant, then clean-up A/C Accumulator bracket with refrigerant. In case of replacement, pour compatible refrigerant oil in the new unit, put it together and screw all the fasteners. Lastly evacuate, recharge and leak test the system.
