How to remove and install the 3.0L and 3.2L engine oil pumps for V6 engines on 2005 Audi A4?

Remove oil pan; set engine to TDC, cam lobes up. Unbolt tubes and baffle; detach drive gear, washer, sprocket, and pump; use slide-hammer to extract. Replace if worn. Reinstall in reverse with new seals. For other engine, unbolt pump from driveshaft, clean surfaces, reassemble, refill, check pressure and leaks.
