How to remove and refit the door lock and trim panel on 1995 Audi 90?

Unscrew lock mounting screws, unhook the inner cable, disconnect the locking knob and handle rods and remove the door trim panel. Have the lock off and get back the seal. In the same way, to refit, reverse the process, with a screwdriver to hold the lock lever open to reconnect the inner cable.
