How to replace the Rack and Pinion Boot on the steering rack on 1992 Audi 80?

Unscrew and remove the bolts securing the tie-rod carrier plate to the steering rack, then support the plate above the rack. Remove the rack and pinion boot from the steering gear housing and scoop any remaining grease from inside. Fit the new rack and pinion boot, tighten the clip, and reattach the tie-rod carrier plate.
