Use the handbrake, raise the car, and put it on axle stands. Take away the front wheel and install a brake hose clamp. Loose hydraulic hose union. In the case of Teves calliper, take out guide pins, Girling remove bolts. Unscrew the calliper, hose, re-fit all and make sure it is clean and properly tightened. Bleed hydraulic system, as necessary.
