How to remove and install the Wiper Linkage on Audi A6?

Make sure wipers are in PARK position and ignition switch is OFF, then open the engine hood. Pull off the rubber molding at the engine compartment rear bulkhead and pull the plenum chamber cover forward to remove it. Remove the electronics box cover retaining bolts and lift off the cover. Remove the wiper arms. Pull out three retaining clips and carefully lift out the plastic cowl cover at the base of the windshield. Working inside the plenum chamber, remove the wiper assembly mounting bolts, tilt the wiper assembly forward, and slide it to the right to remove it from the plenum chamber. Detach the electrical connector at the wiper motor. Installation is the reverse of removal, and adjust the wiper arms to the correct position.
