How can a Radiator be safely removed and replaced on Audi A6?

To raise the car safely and support it, remove the front bumper and bumper cover. Remove the coolant, loosen the hose clamps, and disconnect the upper and lower hoses from the radiator. At the lower right of the radiator, unplug the electric cooling fan switch connector. If applicable, unbolt the electric cooling fan from the radiator mounting fasteners, and rotate the power steering fluid cooler mounting screw until loose. Install these components using rigid wire in front of the engine compartment. At the A/C condenser, remove the air cowls from the radiator both sides, then remove the securing bolts and disconnect the A/C pressure switch connector. Lift the A/C condenser out of the bracket turning it sideways and secure with stiff wire. The two pins securing the radiator can be released by the use of a small screwdriver tip, so tumble the radiator forward and out. The process to install is the reverse of removal and, after assembling, fill and bleed the cooling system.
