How to remove and install the front section of the Center Console on Audi A6?

Remove the rear section of the center console, open the front ashtray and unclip the trim section at the fasteners, then remove the radio. If equipped, remove the navigation system controls and the A/C controls. Remove the front ashtray and unclip the switch-panel trim at the fasteners. Remove the console bolts, pry off the trim cap on the side of the console, and remove the nut. Pull the center console on the driver's side over the securing pin and remove it to the rear. Installation is the reverse of removal, ensuring the retainer locks in place.
