In four-cylinder models, dis-attachment of the negative battery terminal, finding of the CMP sensor and pulling off the upper timing belt cover. Unplug the electrical connector, unscrew the fasteners and unscrew the sensor. V6 models have four CMP sensors on the heads. Use the same procedure in eliminating and installing.
