How to remove and install the exhaust manifold for V6 engines on 2005 Audi A4?

You must remove exhaust manifold covers, air intake pipe and air cleaner casing. Lift the car up, take off the splash guard and disconnect the exhaust pipe. Disassemble oxygen sensor, heat shields and fasteners. Wipe surfaces, put in a new gasket and reassemble. Fill up and bleed cooling system, and make sure it is not leaking.
