Raise the front of the car and rest on axle stands then take off the roadwheel. Check the disc, it needs to be renewed or ground off. Measure the thickness of the disc with a micrometer. Move the caliper off leaving the hose connected, and pull out the brake disc out of the hub. The reverse of that is called refitting.
