How to disconnect the battery negative lead and remove the blower motor cover on 1987 Audi 4000?

The first thing is to unscrew the motor cover and disconnect the negative battery lead. Unscrew the resistor ensuring that the wires are still attached and unscrew the screw on the holder. Turn the motor so as to pull out, and remove the wiring plug. Unload using the same order.
